The Edit Salon Policies & Payment Methods

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise where a customer may need to cancel or reschedule their appointment at a hair salon. To provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction, The Edit Salon has implemented the following friendly refund policies and salon procedures:

Salon Policies 

We understand that sometimes circumstances arise where as a customer may need to cancel or reschedule their appointment at a hair salon. To provide excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction, our hair salon has implemented the following kind refund policy:

1. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. This allows us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client. If you cancel within the 24-hour period, we may charge a cancellation fee equivalent to a percentage of the services booked.

2. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate your request based on availability. Please notify us as soon as possible, preferably at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

3. No-shows: In case of a no-show, meaning if you fail to arrive for your scheduled appointment without any prior notification or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to the full cost of services booked.

4. Refunds: In certain circumstances where you are unhappy with our services or experience, we encourage open communication and welcome any feedback as soon as possible. We will do our best to address and rectify any concerns promptly. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Arriving to the Salon: We understand that your time is essential, and as a company, we do our best to stick to a timely schedule. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our team may run late; we kindly ask for your patience; however, if the timing negatively affects your day, our customer service team can reschedule your appointment, in which you will not be charged a cancellation fee. 

 

If you are running late to your appointment, we ask you to please advise our team via phone call only on 1300 313 213. Our maximum time for latecomers is 10 minutes, as this negatively affects the day and other clients. We understand that life throws curveballs, and sometimes you may run behind schedule; please communicate with customer service via the 1300 313 213 number to arrange another suitable time. 

 

We believe in maintaining transparency and fairness in all our interactions with clients. Our goal is always to provide exceptional service while understanding that unforeseen situations can occur. Payment Methods:

 

Here at the Edit Salons, we accept all major credit cards, cash and have an afterpay option. Please note that the after-pay option incurs a 6% transaction fee on the full salon service.

 

Deposits: Hair extensions, extensive services and bridal services may require a 20% deposit to secure your appointment. Please note the cancellation policies regarding the deposits. 

 

Please note we only offer a refund on hair extensions or retail products if the product is deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
